Entry into Zingverse constitutes deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Zingverse is an immersive entertainment attraction operated by West Pioneer Properties (India) Pvt. Ltd., located at Metro Junction Mall, Kalyan (E). By accessing the website, making an online/offline booking, or entering Zingverse, you agree to the terms stated below.

1. Ticket Booking & Confirmation

1. All bookings must be made through our official website or authorised ticketing partners.
2. Tickets are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon successful payment.
3. Each ticket admits one person for a single entry on the date and time slot chosen at the time of booking.
4. Bookings are confirmed only after successful online payment, and confirmation shall be deemed complete upon issuance of an e-ticket (QR code/digital voucher).
5. Visitors are advised to arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow for security checks and verification.
6. Entry and exit must strictly adhere to the scheduled time mentioned on the ticket.
7. Late arrivals or extended stays may not be accommodated.
8. E-tickets or confirmation messages must be presented at the entrance for verification.

2. Pricing & Payments

1. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
2. Zingverse reserves the right to revise ticket prices, offers, or timings without prior notice.
3. Payments are processed through secure payment gateways.
4. Zingverse is not responsible for failed transactions or issues with your bank/payment provider.

4. Entry, Conduct & Safety Rules

1. Visitors must follow all safety instructions, signage, and directions issued by Zingverse staff.
2. Entry and exit times must be strictly observed. Overstaying beyond the scheduled slot is not permitted.
3. Visitors are responsible for their behaviour and safety. Any act of vandalism, damage, or defacement of property, equipment, or installations will attract a fine of ₹5,000 or more, depending on the extent of damage. Management reserves the right to recover full repair or replacement cost and initiate legal or police action if necessary.
4. Smoking, consumption of alcohol, narcotics, or carrying of sharp, inflammable, or hazardous objects is strictly prohibited.
5. Children under 12 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
6. Visitors must maintain decorum and respect other guests and staff. Any misconduct or violation of safety norms will lead to removal without refund.
7. Visitors must not touch, climb, or lean on installations, mirrors, or props unless specifically allowed.

6. Dress Code & Disclaimer for Zingfinity

1. Zingfinity features mirrored floors and reflective surfaces. Complimentary wraps will be provided for visitors whose attire may be affected.
2. Use of wraps is compulsory for entry into Zingfinity. Entry is not permitted without the wrap where applicable.
3. By entering Zingfinity, visitors acknowledge that mirrored surfaces and reflection effects are integral to the experience.
4. Any discomfort or claims arising from reflective effects are not the responsibility of Zingverse.
5. Acceptance of these conditions is deemed upon entry.

7. Health & Sensory Effects Disclaimer

1. Certain Zingverse installations feature mirrored surfaces, flashing lights, immersive visuals, sound effects, and sensory illusions.
2. These may cause dizziness, disorientation, vertigo, or motion sickness for some visitors.
3. Guests with sensitivities or medical conditions such as vertigo, epilepsy, motion sickness, anxiety or related medical conditions, should proceed with caution and enter at their own discretion.
4. Visitors accept that they participate voluntarily and Zingverse will not be liable for any discomfort or medical reactions arising from sensory effects.
5. Anyone feeling unwell should immediately exit the zone and inform a staff member.

8. Liability Disclaimer

1. Entry to Zingverse and participation in its attractions are at the visitor’s own risk.
2. Zingverse and its affiliates shall not be liable for injury, loss, or damage to person or property arising from use of this attraction.
3. Visitors are advised to secure their personal belongings; Zingverse is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of items.

9. Photography & Media

1. By entering Zingverse, visitors consent to being photographed or filmed for marketing, social media, or promotional purposes by the management.
2. By entering Zingverse, you expressly consent to the use of your image, audio, or video captured within the premises for such purposes, without any compensation or further permission.
3. Commercial photography, videography, influencer content creation, or shoots using professional equipment require prior written approval from Zingverse Management.
4. Zingverse is not responsible for any photographs or videos taken by other visitors, nor for any appearance of your image in such content that may be shared, uploaded, or circulated on social media, digital platforms, or any other medium by other guests.
5. Visitors must ensure their photography does not inconvenience others, violate privacy, or breach safety guidelines.

10. Experience & Attraction conditions

1. Zingverse comprises multiple zones; your ticket provides access to the overall experience, not guaranteed access to individual zones.
2. Specific attractions/zones may be closed temporarily due to maintenance, safety checks, technical issues, operational reasons etc.
3. No refunds for partial closures.

11. Third-Party Bookings

1. Bookings made through authorised platforms are subject to their terms.
2. Refunds/changes for such bookings must follow the platform’s process.
3. Zingverse will verify ticket authenticity at entry but is not liable for third-party errors.

12. Discounts & Promotional Offer Conditions

1. All discount offers, promotional codes, bundle deals, group-booking offers, and similar incentives are subject to the conditions published at the time of offer.
2. Discount offers and promotional codes may not be combined unless explicitly stated.
3. Eligibility for a discount or free-ticket incentive is contingent upon full compliance with the applicable offer conditions (for example, minimum group size, booking within the stipulated time-slot, advance payment/deposit, use of correct promo code, verification of eligibility such as student/mentor status).
4. Management reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or modify any discount or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Any use of an offer that does not comply with the terms may result in forfeiture of the discount or free-ticket, and entry may be refused.
5. In the event, group-booking offers include free mentor/chaperone tickets, it will apply only if the minimum number of paying participants is achieved and payment has been completed in accordance with the group-booking terms.
6. If a visitor uses a discount or promotional offer in error, or if any misuse or fraudulent claim is detected (including duplicate bookings, resale of tickets or misuse of promo codes), Zingverse may void the booking and deny entry without refund.
7. Separate commercial terms, as well as additional terms and conditions, shall apply to all Group Bookings (including Corporate, School, College, and other institutional bookings). Such bookings shall be governed by the specific Group Booking Agreement, confirmation email, or proposal issued at the time of booking, and only upon acceptance of those terms shall the booking be considered valid and confirmed.
8. Promotional offers, discounts, or incentives run by third-party platforms, aggregators, or partner channels are solely governed by their respective terms and conditions. Zingverse shall not be responsible or liable for any errors, discrepancies, or non-fulfilment arising from such third-party offers, nor shall it be obligated to honour any benefit advertised externally unless expressly acknowledged by Zingverse.

13. Child Entry

1. Children below 3 years of age are eligible for free entry when accompanied by a valid paying adult visitor. Proof of age (such as a birth certificate, baby ID or equivalent document) must be presented at the time of entry.
2. Free-entry children do not guarantee separate allocated seating, priority access, or entry into fully sold time-slots unless explicitly booked or specified by the management.
3. The supervising adult is responsible for the child at all times while on the premises. Zingverse is not liable for unsupervised minors or any consequences arising from non-compliance with supervision or venue safety rules.
4. Management reserves the right to refuse free entry if age proof is not provided or if the child is not accompanied by a valid paying adult.
5. All free-entry admissions are subject to the same venue rules, safety regulations and capacity limitations as paying visitors.

14. Force Majeure

• Zingverse shall not be liable for any delay, rescheduling, cancellation, or inability to provide services due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, storms), fire, accidents, structural failures, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances or public unrest, epidemics, pandemics, government-imposed restrictions, power outages, network failures, or major technical disruptions. In such circumstances, Zingverse may, at its discretion, offer refunds or rescheduling based on feasibility.

15. Privacy & Data Use

1. Personal information collected during booking (such as name, contact details, and payment data) will be used only for processing the booking and improving the visitor experience.
2. Zingverse follows reasonable data protection measures consistent with applicable Indian laws.

16. Amendments

• Zingverse reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website and applicable to all bookings.

17. User Rights & Obligations

1. Users have the right to expect confidentiality of their personal data, responsive customer service, and fair handling of refund or grievance requests.
2. Users agree not to exploit the platform systems, duplicate tickets, or attempt fraudulent transactions.
3. All visitors must comply with on-site management regulations and respect the rights and safety of others.

18. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

1. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through discussion.
2. Failing settlement, the matter shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
3. These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

19. Supplementary Provisions

1. Matters not covered herein shall follow on-site management notices and standard industry practices.
2. Zingverse reserves the final right of interpretation of these Terms & Conditions.
